We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to develop corporate travel clients, B2B travel agency partnerships, and travel API / aggregator business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new corporate travel accounts in Dubai and the UAE.
- Approach companies, travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, and B2B partners.
- Promote corporate travel services including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, VIP travel, and business travel solutions.
- Introduce B2B travel aggregator and API solutions to travel agencies and online travel businesses.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, B2B partners, and API clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly business development reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, or travel industry sales.
- Experience in travel agency, corporate travel, OTA, tourism, or travel technology is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close new business.
- Russian language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Good English communication is required.
- Candidates with both Russian and English skills will be given priority.
- UAE experience and driving license are advantages.

Preferred Candidate
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in corporate travel, B2B travel sales, travel agencies, OTA, travel API solutions, Russian-speaking markets, CIS clients, or existing B2B travel networks.
