We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Growth & Development Manager to lead our business expansion, develop strategic partnerships, grow revenue, and represent RealBriefly globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the company's strategic vision across growth, partnerships, revenue generation, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that expand RealBriefly's global presence.
  • Drive revenue growth through marketing services, sponsorships, advertising, media partnerships, and new commercial opportunities.
  • Pitch RealBriefly's services to businesses, brands, agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, exhibitions, meetings, podcasts, and industry events.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and confidently speak to both small and large audiences.
  • Lead marketing, branding, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, advertisers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead internal teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new revenue models and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to execute company strategy and long-term growth plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Growth, or Partnership Management.
  • Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable speaking confidently in front of large audiences.
  • Strong experience pitching businesses, marketing services, sponsorships, or commercial partnerships.
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for business growth and developing long-term client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, marketing, advertising, public relations, technology, or Web3.
  • Existing network of business or corporate contacts.
  • Experience securing sponsorships, enterprise clients, or commercial partnerships.
  • International business development experience is an advantage.
