Dubai Source Advertising LLC is a Dubai-based advertising and branding company specializing in signage, printing, vehicle branding, exhibition stands, corporate branding, and marketing solutions for businesses across the UAE.

We work with clients across multiple industries including real estate, retail, hospitality, construction, and corporate sectors.

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who is confident in generating new business, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Identify and target new B2B opportunities across multiple industries in the UAE.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their branding and advertising needs.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of AED 200,000+.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in advertising, signage, printing, branding, construction, interiors, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Salary: AED 5,000 per month + Commission (based on monthly sales target achievement)

Monthly Sales Target: AED 200,000+

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
