Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer

We're Hiring! Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer (Junior & Senior)

Sunlife Prime Buildings Contracting LLC — a licensed G+12 building contracting company based in Dubai, UAE — is looking for both Junior and Senior QA/QC Engineers to join our team.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience: Junior & Senior levels (2–10 years)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate and conduct Civil, Architectural, Interior Design (ID), and material inspections.
• Develop and implement training plans for different trades prior to the commencement of site activities.
• Ensure all site inspections are carried out in accordance with the approved ITPs.
• Verify that all testing activities comply with the approved Method Statements and ITPs.
• Monitor and maintain the calibration status of all inspection, measuring, and testing equipment used on site.
• Raise and monitor Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Quality Notifications/Observations (QVs).
• Prepare monthly QA/QC reports and Project Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Coordinate with the Consultant to resolve quality-related issues and facilitate timely closure of NCRs.
• Manage and maintain snagging and de-snagging records for Architectural and Interior Design finishes.
• Follow up on ADM inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare project handover documentation in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Maintain all QA/QC records in compliance with the Project Quality Plan and Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead quality awareness initiatives and ensure construction teams understand inspection and testing requirements before commencing site activities.
• Coordinate with the Corporate QHSE Department during internal and external quality audits.
• Perform additional QA/QC responsibilities as assigned by the QA/QC Manager.
