Project Engineer - Landscape/ Swimming Pool Experience

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer to support the execution of landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and associated civil works projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, ensure technical compliance, monitor project progress, and assist in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution

• Supervise daily site activities for landscaping, swimming pools, water features, irrigation, and civil works.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and report technical issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate mobilization, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings, resolve on-site coordination issues, and provide technical updates.

Technical Management

• Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Prepare RFIs, inspection requests, and support method statement preparation.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely approvals and material availability.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, pumps, filtration units, piping, lighting, and control systems.
• Oversee hardscape and softscape works, including paving, planting, turfing, irrigation, drainage, and related civil works.

Quality, Safety & Reporting

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and UAE HSE regulations.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Monitor material usage and support efficient resource management.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, inspection records, and as-built information.
• Support project close-out and final handover documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, irrigation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination, and landscape project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and project delivery.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
