Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong construction background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical works for high-end luxury villa projects, comprehensive MEP knowledge, and preferably hold a valid DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer Certificate. The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all electrical works for luxury villa construction projects.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, structural, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor electrical installation works, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, UAE electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets approved standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities as required.
• Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approving electrical materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in electrical engineering for construction projects.
• Proven experience working on luxury villa projects is mandatory.
• DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer Certificate is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Excellent understanding of UAE building regulations, DEWA standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, MEP, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in luxury residential developments.
• Familiarity with project planning and construction management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
