MEP BMS/ELV Engineer (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced MEP BMS/ELV Engineer with a strong construction background to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within MEP construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS and ELV systems.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and health and safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and prepare technical and progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a BMS/ELV Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and ELV systems, including:
• Fire Alarm Systems
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Structured Cabling
• Public Address (PA)
• SMATV
• Intercom Systems
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
