Senior Production Manager

Summary:
Seasoned Production Manager with 10+ years’ production/plant management experience in the UAE. Accountable for delivering production targets, ensuring quality, driving continuous improvement, controlling costs and maintaining EHS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute production to meet volume, quality and on-time delivery targets.
• Manage multi-shift operations and lead multicultural production teams.
• Implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives; track key production KPIs.
• Control production costs and support budgeting/variance analysis.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and deliveries.
• Report production performance and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field; management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ production/plant management experience in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and EHS regulations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional language is a plus.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
