Purpose
The Copywriter will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and conversion-driven content across digital, sales, and brand communication channels. This role supports brand building, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth by crafting high-quality copy tailored to multiple audiences.
The ideal candidate should be a strong writer with excellent storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how content influences engagement, trust, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Content & Personal Brand Building
- Ghost-write high-quality personal branding posts for leadership based on voice notes, ideas, and strategic inputs.
- Create and manage engaging content for the company LinkedIn brand page.
- Deliver a minimum of 4 posts per week across leadership and company channels.
- Develop content that drives genuine audience engagement, meaningful conversations, and credibility rather than vanity metrics.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social content.
2. Website & Landing Page Copywriting
- Write all website content from scratch, including homepage, product pages, feature pages, landing pages, and About Us sections.
- Create conversion-focused copy where every page supports a specific business objective such as lead generation, product awareness, or customer trust.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve messaging and user journey.
- Ensure all web content is clear, persuasive, and aligned with customer pain points and business goals.
- Integrate SEO best practices and keyword strategy into website content from the beginning.
3. Sales Collateral Development
- Write persuasive proposal content for enterprise clients and prospects.
- Develop capability decks, one-pagers, brochures, and other sales support materials.
- Create compelling case studies showcasing business impact and client success stories.
- Prepare battle cards and messaging documents to support sales conversations and objection handling.
- Translate complex product or service offerings into simple, value-driven communication.
4. Email Campaigns & Lead Nurturing
- Write outbound email sequences targeting qualified prospects.
- Create nurture campaigns for warm leads and potential customers.
- Draft follow-up communication after demos, meetings, and sales discussions.
- Ensure email copy is human, relevant, and designed to be read rather than filtered as spam.
- Optimize subject lines, messaging flow, and CTAs for better open and response rates.
5. AI-Optimized Content & SEO Strategy
- Create content structured to perform well in both traditional search engines and AI-generated search results (such as Google SGE, ChatGPT, and Perplexity).
- Research and target high-intent keywords relevant to construction technology and enterprise software.
- Build content clusters with pillar pages and supporting topic articles to drive long-term organic growth.
- Ensure content is written for humans first and search engines second, avoiding keyword stuffing or low-quality content.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic performance monthly.
- Use insights from SEO analytics to improve content strategy and editorial planning.
