Business Development Manager (Facility Management)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our leading facility management service provider in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facility management sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the client base.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in facility management or related industries.

• Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics in the UAE.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and industry events.
