Position Title: B2B Sales Manager – Travel and Tourism

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new travel agency partners, expand the agency network, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with travel agencies through regular client visits, platform demonstrations, negotiations, and account management.
  • Conduct product presentations, onboard new agency partners, and provide training and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance while preparing forecasts, pipeline reports, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a travel agency, with a successful track record in B2B sales, business development, or corporate travel account management preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa services, and other travel-related products and solutions.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License & own car are mandatory, with the ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities. About the company
