Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management, including strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (MFG). The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience, business process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations with a focus on Manufacturing.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Manufacturing with Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Order Management, Planning, and Product Management.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Support data migration, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend best practices using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Coordinate with business users, project managers, and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (MFG).
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion modules including:
    • Manufacturing (MFG)
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement
    • Product Management (PIM)
    • Cost Management
    • Order Management
    • Supply Planning (preferred)
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes including:
    • Work Orders
    • Work Definitions
    • Work Execution
    • Production Scheduling
    • Material Transactions
    • Resource Management
    • Shop Floor Processes
  • Knowledge of SCM integrations with ERP and Finance modules.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE/RICEFW).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and quarterly releases.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools (BI Publisher/OTBI) is an advantage.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification is preferred.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, Retail, or Consumer Goods domains is desirable.
  • Exposure to Agile project methodology is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • 8+ years of Oracle SCM Functional experience.
  • 2–3 Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects.
  • Experience in support, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects.
  • Ability to work with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
