Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for billing.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–8years of UAE experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
