Multi-Technician (Maintenance Specialist - AC & General Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of AC systems and general electrical systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of issues related to both AC units and electrical infrastructure.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment and systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair building systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick, efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Technician or similar role with a strong background in AC systems and electrical maintenance.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the UAE in a similar role is a must.
• Proficiency in handling both AC and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Certifications in AC or electrical maintenance (preferred).
