Back Office / Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office / Operations Executive to manage foreign exchange (Forex) and financial market transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades, monitoring market trends, ensuring accurate trade execution, and maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Forex and financial market trades, including currencies, commodities, indices, and other financial instruments.
• Monitor real-time market movements and provide timely market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Manage client orders and ensure accurate and efficient trade execution.
• Analyze market trends, economic news, and financial data to support trading decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage trade confirmations, settlements, and daily transaction reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all trading activities and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Stay updated with global financial markets, economic developments, and industry best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Forex dealing, trading, or a financial markets environment.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
• Good understanding of technical and fundamental market analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
