Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with at least 2 years of experience in branding, advertising solutions, signage, display solutions, printing, promotional gifts, corporate merchandise, or a related B2B industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating projects with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and commercial sectors.
* Promote the company's products and services, including advertising solutions, signage, branding, printing, promotional gifts, corporate merchandise, and display solutions.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
* Coordinate closely with the Design, Production, Procurement, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems.
* Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the company's overall growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in branding, advertising solutions, signage, display solutions, printing, promotional gifts, corporate merchandise, or a related B2B industry.
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to generate leads, develop new business, and achieve sales targets.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and service recommendations.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* Strong coordination skills with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage preferred.
* Knowledge of the UAE corporate market will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
