Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day car rental operations
• Manage fleet availability, maintenance coordination & readiness
• Lead and develop the operations team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners day-to-day car rental operations

• Requirements:
• Gender: Male & Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive or car rental operations
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
