Be the leader who launches our facility in Dubai Industrial City— Opening 1 September 2026.

The Vault Storage is building the GCC's premier self-storage platform. We operate facilities in Dubai and Umm Al Quwain with active expansion across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah and the broader region.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of a new self-storage facility in the UAE. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, leading people, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Own

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including implementation PMS, CRM, payment systems, vendor coordination, marketing initiatives, and soft-launch events.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing customer service team of 2–3 employees.
• Manage all day-to-day facility operations, including but not limited to customer service, move-ins, rentals, billing, collections, and overall site presentation.
• Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue through retail sales and value-added services.
• Drive lease-up efforts with the goal of achieving 60% economic occupancy within the first nine months.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics while managing the site's P&L.
• Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for every customer.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate awareness and new business.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing a customer-facing operation such as self-storage, co-working, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or moving and relocation.
• Experience opening, launching, or rapidly scaling a new facility or business location.
• Operational mindset with experience using PMS, CRM, payment platforms, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed—including but not limited to working the front desk during busy periods.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Must have a UAE license.
• Must have your own vehicle.
• Fluent in English (Araic is a plus).

What we offer:

• $7,000 AED monthly base salary
• Standard UAE benefits: $8,000 housing allowance, medical, annual airfare to home country, end-of-service gratuity
