Position Purpose

The Senior manager - will play a pivotal role in building and managing NOA Capital’s investor ecosystem by developing institutional and investor relationships, supporting capital formation, coordinating investment opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across the Multi Family Office platform.

The role is designed for an investment professional with strong investor relations capabilities, venture capital exposure, and a deep understanding of alternative investments and climate finance. The successful candidate will contribute directly to investor acquisition, fundraising, investment execution, and strategic partnerships while supporting the long-term growth of NOA Capital.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Limited Partners (LPs), Venture Capital Funds, and strategic investment partners.
• Build, nurture, and manage long-term investor relationships.
• Coordinate investor meetings, portfolio reviews, investment presentations, and follow-up actions.
• Deliver a world-class investor experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

2. Investment & Deal Coordination

• Source and coordinate investment opportunities across Climate Technology, Energy Transition, Infrastructure, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Alternative Investments.
• Conduct preliminary investment evaluations and coordinate commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and Investment Committee documentation.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, fund managers, tax consultants, financial advisors, and transaction partners through deal execution.

3. Capital Raising & Fundraising Support

• Support fundraising initiatives for NOA Capital investment vehicles and portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain investor pipelines.
• Coordinate investor roadshows, pitch meetings, and due diligence processes.
• Support transaction execution through financial close and post-investment reporting.

4. Family Office & Investment Operations

• Manage investor onboarding and KYC/AML documentation.
• Maintain CRM systems, investor databases, and investment records.
• Coordinate investor reporting and periodic communications.
• Ensure operational efficiency, confidentiality, and service excellence.

5. Ecosystem Development & Business Development

Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with:

• Venture Capital Funds
• Private Equity Firms
• Family Offices
• Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Institutional Investors
• Investment Banks
• Fund Managers
• Climate Technology Companies
• Accelerators and Incubators
• Government Agencies
• Professional Advisory Firms

Additional responsibilities include:

• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Developing strategic partnerships.
• Representing NOA Capital at conferences, investment forums, and networking events.
• Supporting the expansion of NOA Capital’s global investment ecosystem.

6. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and applicable AML/KYC regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain complete investment documentation and audit-ready records.
• Support internal compliance and risk management initiatives.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare periodic reports covering:

• Assets Under Advisory (AUA)
• Investor engagement
• Capital raising pipeline
• Investment activity
• Strategic partnerships
• Business development performance
• Executive dashboards and management reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated against measurable business outcomes, including:

• New investor acquisition
• Assets Under Advisory (AUA) growth
