Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to generate and close business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
