We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell our IT solutions and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend the right technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Identify business opportunities and qualify potential clients.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Present company services through online and in-person meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and service presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT, software, SaaS, digital marketing, or technology services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, websites, software, or digital marketing services is highly preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
