About the role Artificial intelligence systems require constant verification to ensure they are following business rules accurately. In this role, you will act as the final check on AI outputs, comparing what the system generates against the actual ground truth found in client data and documentation. As a Human Feedback Contributor, you work on a part-time contract basis from a fully remote location. You are not performing abstract strategy work: you are looking at specific lines of text and data to confirm they are correct before they reach an operator. This position is essential for moving projects out of the testing phase and into live operation where they can solve real problems for our clients.

What you will be doing

• Reviewing text generated by AI models to ensure it adheres to specific client routing rules and instructions.
• Ranking multiple AI responses from best to worst based on factual accuracy and clarity.
• Flagging instances where the system creates false information or ignores critical data points from the source material.
• Writing brief, technical explanations to justify why specific outputs are incorrect or misleading.
• Comparing data summaries against original spreadsheets or logs to perform simple reconciliation checks.
• Identifying patterns in errors to help the technical team adjust the underlying logic of the tools.
• Following detailed standard operating procedures to maintain consistency across all reviewed tasks.
• Communicating through written updates regarding any ambiguities found in the training data or instructions.
