AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist (Developer) to design, develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions. This is a hands-on technical role focused on AI development, implementation, and integration rather than solution design or business analysis.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, with exposure to Government, Finance, or Tax domains. Candidates should possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build, train, test, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Develop and enhance Conversational AI solutions using NLP, NLU, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI knowledge management capabilities where applicable.
• Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency using analytics and user interaction data.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production validation of AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize AI applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, and Generative AI.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience integrating AI applications using REST APIs and cloud-based AI services.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with Conversational AI and chatbot development is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
