Al Ekhtyar Al Awal Technical Services Co. LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and technical/commercial proposals.
Prepare and submit tender documents through government and private procurement portals.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare invoices, payment applications, variation orders, and project reports.
Conduct site inspections and supervise project execution when required.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Maintain project documentation, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, material approvals, and related records.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE construction industry experience.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE standards.
Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, tender submissions, invoices, and project documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and building construction projects is preferred.
