We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance while ensuring a professional and efficient employee experience across the organization.
Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, HR records, payroll support, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administrative operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files, HR databases, and document management systems.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, visa expiries, Emirates IDs, passports, and labor documentation.
- Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, labor cards, Emirates IDs, medicals, and government-related documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee timesheets.
- Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring employee records and attendance are accurate.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate employee training, inductions, and internal communications.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and employee statistics for management.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance documentation.
- Support management with any additional HR and administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR Administration or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and employment regulations.
- Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, visa coordination, payroll support, and employee documentation.
- Experience in construction, exhibitions, fit-out, manufacturing, or project-based industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS, ERP, or HR software is preferred.
