Senior ERP Engineer / ERP Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled ERP Engineer capable of building and developing a complete ERP system from the ground up, and owning the entire process end-to-end: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will lead a team of junior developers and take full ownership of the system's quality and delivery.

Experience with Odoo is a strong advantage. Experience with other global ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, ERPNext, etc.) is welcome. The ability to develop companion mobile applications is a valuable plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full ERP development lifecycle, from analysis to launch and operations.
• Design system architecture, database schemas, and business modules.
• Develop core modules: Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, HR, and others as needed.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, conduct code reviews, and raise their technical level.
• Establish quality standards, manage Git repositories, and enforce development discipline.
• Integrate the system with external services and platforms via APIs.
• Document the system and ensure ongoing performance, maintenance, and improvement.

Core Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience developing ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or a comparable global platform).
• Strong command of a core ERP development language (e.g. Python for Odoo, or relevant to the platform).
• Solid database experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL).
• Deep understanding of business processes (accounting, inventory, sales, procurement).
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and own a full development cycle.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and development methodologies.

Preferred (Plus)

• Mobile app development experience (React Native / Flutter / iOS / Android).
• Systems integration and API development experience.
• Prior experience in a holding company or multi-business environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
