Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in selling Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and Digital Marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have an established network within the UAE market, strong business development skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing high-value deals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands media planning, brand visibility, and integrated marketing solutions and can confidently engage with marketing decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for OOH, DOOH, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CMOs, Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and media planning discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, media plans, and commercial offers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Manage client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in:
  • Outdoor Advertising (OOH)
  • Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Billboards
  • LED Screens
  • Transit & Vehicle Branding
  • Mall Media
  • Airport Advertising
  • Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, Web Development)
  • Existing network of agencies, direct clients, and corporate decision-makers within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience preparing media plans and marketing proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, well-connected in the UAE market, confident in front of clients, and passionate about helping brands increase visibility through OOH, DOOH, and digital marketing.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
