Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy creating content, designing eye-catching visuals, managing social media, and bringing fresh ideas to life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll help grow our brand by creating engaging LinkedIn content, designing marketing materials, supporting campaigns, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with company events. Every day will be different, giving you the chance to develop your marketing skills while working closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams.

What You'll Do?

Social Media & Content

• Manage and publish daily posts on LinkedIn.
• Write engaging captions and create content that reflects our brand.
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to share company updates, products, and success stories.
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve engagement.

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Design professional graphics for social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.
• Create brochures, banners, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Edit photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce short promotional videos or simple motion graphics when needed.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.
• Monitor social media performance and campaign results.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Support the team with new ideas to improve marketing performance.

Presentations & Events

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and company profiles.
• Help organize exhibitions, company events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials for events.
• Support photography, videography, and social media coverage during events.
• Assist with post-event reports and content.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Good graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Ability to create professional presentations and marketing materials.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Analytics and social media reporting.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and design is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
• Around 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or graphic design is preferred.
