About the Role
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help attract and hire talent across a variety of functions within GIH. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to deliver effective recruitment outcomes while supporting current and future workforce needs.
This role operates in a fast paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift. Success comes from managing multiple recruitment activities, maintaining strong follow through, and adapting to changing business needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of positions within GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets.
- Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning discussions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across countries to share best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR roles
in a multinational or healthcare environment

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different types of roles.

Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices.
