We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications built on the OutSystems platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on OutSystems expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while working independently on complex integration and application development challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Prior experience on the IID (Invest in Dubai) project will be given preference and priority during the candidate evaluation and selection process.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on the OutSystems platform.
• OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer certification (required); Architect certification is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems 11 (O11); experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API development, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems Architect certification.
• Experience with OutSystems Forge component development and contribution.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or OCI).
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background in mobile application development using OutSystems Mobile or ODC.
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, government) is a plus.
