AALIZAH Vision Technical Services LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and increase sales of our technical services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate should have experience in the UAE market and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients including villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, offices, warehouses, factories, restaurants, hotels, schools, and retail outlets.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and direct client visits.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Property Managers, Procurement Officers, and Business Owners.

AC Maintenance & Repair

Electrical Services

Plumbing Services

Painting Works

Carpentry & Joinery

Welding & Fabrication

Roofing Works

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

  • Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the operations team.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls and site visits.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

Market Development

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Dubai and surrounding Emirates.
  • Recommend new services based on market demand.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales reports.
  • Update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE (technical services, facilities management, construction, or maintenance industry preferred).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
