Fit-out Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fitout Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site operations, supervise subcontractors and workers, and maintain compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Allocate daily tasks and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling on site.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
• Assist in planning work sequences and project execution.
• Ensure snagging items are completed before project handover.
• Support final project handover and close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing works, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and HSE standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: From AED1.00 per year
