Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EUC Support Engineer with strong onsite end-user support experience in enterprise environments. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, VIP support, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint management.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling desktop/laptop support, mobile device support, printer troubleshooting, hardware refresh activities, user onboarding/offboarding, and supporting VIP/VVIP users.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, tablets, iPads, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system-related issues.
  • Support and manage Windows Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and Azure AD environments.
  • Handle Outlook PST/OST issues and mailbox-related troubleshooting.
  • Provide high-quality support for VIP & VVIP users with quick resolution and proper communication.
  • Support printers and scanners including driver installation, paper jam resolution, cartridge replacement, and coordination with OEM vendors.
  • Perform desktop/laptop imaging and re-imaging activities.
  • Support IMACD requests including installations, moves, additions, changes, and disposals.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty support.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities including hardware allocation and asset collection.
  • Support hardware refresh and asset inventory management activities.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Assist users with application installations and data backup activities.
  • Participate in major incidents, change activities, and problem management tasks.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory and CMDB records.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Onsite Desktop Support / EUC Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Azure AD.
  • Experience supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders.
  • Good troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Outlook, printers, and endpoint devices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in onsite support environments.
