Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining core systems used by sales, leasing, and administrative teams.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who understands the dynamic needs of a real estate environment and can support both operational efficiency and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

* Maintain and troubleshoot office devices including laptops, printers, and peripherals

* Support real estate CRM systems and property listing platforms

* Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions

* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective

* Ensure regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices

* Support office internet connectivity and internal network stability

* Liaise with external IT vendors when required

* Assist sales and leasing teams with system setup and technical support needs

Requirements

* Proven experience in IT support or similar role

* Experience within a real estate environment is an advantage

* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and Microsoft 365

* Familiarity with CRM platforms used in real estate is a plus

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
