Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated VIP IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to executives, senior management, and VIP users. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to handle critical incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to VIP users and executive leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobility-related issues.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, MFA, and identity management.
• Handle executive onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain SLA compliance and provide timely communication on ticket status.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and executive events.
• Perform device provisioning, software installations, and patch management.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in End User Computing (EUC) and VIP/Executive Support.
• Microsoft 365 Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Mobile device management (iOS and Android).
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Hardware, printer, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.
• Experience with meeting room and AV support.

Language Requirements

• Arabic and English fluency preferred (business requirement if supporting Arabic-speaking executives).
