Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our brand voice and business goals
• Create engaging, original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Manage daily posting schedules and social media calendars
• Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience across platforms
• Analyze metrics and optimize content for better performance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams
• Stay up to date with trends in construction, interiors, and SME industries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing business social media accounts
• Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus
• Experience working with or for an SME or building materials company is an advantage
• Self-driven, organized, and highly creative
