Job Summary

We're Hiring: Enterprise Account Manager – IT Sales

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on driving business growth through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and expanding our footprint across enterprise and government organizations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new customer accounts (new logos) across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate sustainable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other key decision-makers.
  • Position and sell solutions across:
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Cloud & Managed Services
  • IT Outsourcing & Professional Services
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer business requirements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and business development objectives.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise IT sales or account management experience.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding business within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, managed services, cloud, and outsourcing solutions.
  • Established relationships within enterprise and government organizations are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
