Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Vision Catalyst Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise developments within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of high-rise building projects.
• Manage all phases of the construction lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, local regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Planning Engineers, and HSE personnel.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and construction methodologies.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure adherence to UAE building regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• 10–15 years of experience managing high-rise building construction projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
