UI/UX Designer + Frontend Engineer (Hybrid Role)

Role Overview

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer with frontend capabilities to rapidly design and implement user interfaces for Axalar. The ideal candidate can translate product ideas into clean, production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and flows using Figma
• Build frontend components (React or Flutter UI)
• Optimize user experience and usability
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Support rapid iteration cycles

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma and UI design
• Experience converting design into functional frontend code
• Understanding of UX principles and user flows
• Ability to work fast and iterate quickly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or Flutter
• Experience in SaaS or startup environments

Compensation

UAE-based (or relocation): 12,000 – 16,000 AED/month depending on experience and performance.
