Your Role At Spret TradingWe are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team! Your role as a Marketing will play a crucial role in meeting our sales targets and increasing the impression and attraction of our services and products via both offline and online channels. Moreover, you will:

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, google ads, etc.) and make them come to the shops.
• Collaborate with marketing or other professionals and social media influencers such as beauty vloggers/bloggers to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy, brand visuals, and marketing promotion activities.
• Assist with designing appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store.
• Design various window displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs.
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends.
• Assist with managing visual merchandising plans and designs for new store opening.

You are Perfect Candidate If You Have

• 4 years experience as Marketing (or similar role) in the UAE
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as social media etc.) and market research methods
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.), and visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
