Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, with at least 3 years in UAE construction or infrastructure projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency with surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level)
Software Knowledge: Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Surfer, GIS)
Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Availability: Can join immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

Conduct land and topographical surveys before, during, and after construction activities
Establish reference points, benchmarks, and control networks on site
Measure and calculate distances, angles, elevations, and coordinates accurately
Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built plans for engineering teams
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure alignment with project specifications
Verify the accuracy of site layouts, foundations, and structural elements
Set out building corners, road alignments, utility lines, and grading levels as per design drawings
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure precision and reliability
Record and process survey data using digital software and maintain organized project files
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local municipality regulations
