Project Manager – Building Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver building construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee building construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to obtain approvals and resolve project issues.
• Monitor project costs and control budgets to maximize profitability.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Review project reports, progress updates, and site performance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Oversee project documentation, variation orders, claims, and final project closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in building construction, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, and project management software.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 20,000 per month
• Employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and gratuity as per UAE Labour Law.
