Sr. BIM Architect BIM Coordinator

About:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. BIM Architect & Design Coordinator to support a high-end theatre fit-out project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in detailed coordination of interior fit-out works and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Manage subcontractor design submissions and interfaces
• Supervise and guide drafting teams
• Ensure effective coordination with MEP disciplines
• Review drawings for compliance, accuracy, and constructability
• Support detailed technical design and fit-out detailing
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of design packages

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of architectural and MEP coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in theatre or complex projects is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out detailing
• Experience in drawings review and compliance checks
• Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)
