We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Passed the Dubai Municipality Structural Engineering Exam.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Proven experience in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Proficiency in structural design software (such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent).
Experience preparing and submitting structural design documents through the Dubai Municipality (DM) Portal.
Ability to coordinate technical submissions, respond to Dubai Municipality comments, and obtain approvals.
Confident in discussing technical design matters with Dubai Municipality engineers and attending meetings when required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare structural calculations, analysis, and design in accordance with the Dubai Building Code and relevant international standards.
Develop structural drawings and technical documentation.
Submit structural designs through the Dubai Municipality Portal and manage the approval process.
Liaise with Dubai Municipality engineers to discuss design proposals, address review comments, and secure approvals.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
