Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with proven experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, maximizing value, and ensuring financial efficiency across high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure cost accuracy
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities on-site
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring best value procurement
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and variation orders
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, designers, and site teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• UAE experience is highly preferred
