Security Systems Technician Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Systems Technician Supervisor to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, and other ELV systems.

Lead and coordinate technical teams on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Plan daily work assignments, monitor project progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians.

Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supervising security systems and ELV projects (mandatory).

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, and related security systems.

Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Ability to manage multiple projects and supervise field technicians effectively.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
