Project Coordinator cum Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Cum Project Coordinator with experience in the Interior Design and Fit-Out industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, property developers, and contractors.
• Follow up on sales leads, client inquiries, and project opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve company targets.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between clients, designers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project progress meetings.
• Track project documentation, approvals, variations, and contracts.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related issues.
• Support project managers in maintaining project timelines and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Sales and Project Coordination within an Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Construction company.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of interior design and fit-out project processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
