Sourcing and Sales Coordinator (Italian Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage supplier communication, support sourcing activities, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and international vendors, particularly in Italy and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers and manufacturers
• Manage sourcing requests from internal departments
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers (under supervision of Procurement Manager)
• Maintain and update supplier database and contracts
• Follow up on purchase orders, samples, and shipments
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• Support quality control and compliance requirements
• Prepare reports on sourcing activities and supplier performance
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
