Female Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and results-driven Female Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager to expand our market presence across the Gulf region and beyond.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Gulf region (preferably in IT, networking, or telecom industry)
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Candidates will undergo a 1-hour English proficiency test during the interview
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions (technical training will be provided)
• Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
• Well-presented with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally (Middle East & Africa) once competency is demonstrated
• Driving license is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online meetings with clients using Microsoft Teams and other platforms
• Attend in-person meetings to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions (training will be provided)
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote and sell networking, telecom, and surveillance solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights
