Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

This position will be responsible for managing invoicing and logistics for U.S. brands, as well as supporting compound operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the vehicle logistics operation and processes of brands in the Middle East

region.

• Manage the monthly vehicle invoicing of brands.
• Ensure the proper documentation procedure is done to clear the vehicles by the Importers.
• Coordinate with multiple stake holders in the US & Europe for a smooth logistics operation.
• Maintain and improve the reports to support the weekly and monthly submission for the department.
• Support the Compound & Logistics manager for any compound related activity
• Interim support to order management for the timely submission of vehicle orders into the system.
• Support the overall Dubai compound operation

Technical skills

• Knowledge in customs, insurance, logistics process and documentation
• Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• SAP Experience
• Knowledge in Incoterm

Soft skills

• Organization skills
• Time management

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply chain and Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field

Experience: More than 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, sales operations - automotive background is a "plus"
Must have excellent Excel and data management skills
